Bug Club

Please be aware that Print Club orders are shipped with stamps to keep your membership affordable, and do not include tracking information.

Bug Club orders ship towards the end of each month (The last week of each month). Check my website for the official ship date each month.

Allow up to 7 business days after your fulfillment confirmation for Canadian orders to arrive, up to 21 business days for International.

The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 22nd of each month, If you sign up after afterwards you will receive the next month's print as your first. (eg. you sign up August 23rd, your first order will ship in the last week of September.)

*Bug Club can only be purchased by itself! Do not include other products when purchasing bug club subscription.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Single Purchase: if you purchase the one time payment option you will receive $10.00 off your total purchase and will receive bug club mail for the whole year. So if you sign up in January you would receive your last mail in December, or if you sign up in April 2026 your last month would be March 2027. This is a great option if you want to give this subscription as a gift and there is no subscription tie. To continue to be apart of the club you would need to sign up again once your year is completed.

Monthly Subscription: The most affordable option is monthly subscriptions! Only pay $10.00 a month + shipping to receive a bug club mail every month. You are able to easily manage subscription, update address, and cancel anytime.

Each letter you will receive a fine art print with my signature on the back, a sticker, and infographic sheet about the insect of the month, and new members get an exclusive sticker badge to show your membership for bug club. Everything will be protected within a cellophane bag to prevent any damage from weather.

What is Bug Club?

Insects are the most diverse group of organisms, with over 900,000 different kinds of living insects that are known currently, and even more to be discovered. With such diversity, there is so many insects to learn about that all offer fascinating biology, lifestyles, and impact to our world.

The purpose of the bug club is to grow your knowledge of the bug world while receiving exclusive prints and stickers to show your appreciation for these creepy crawlies. Each month will feature a new insect to learn about, from beautiful butterflies to the mighty dragonflies, you will explore the diverse world of insects. For example, in January members received a Bug Club letter all about the African Death-head Hawkmoth.

Everything you receive in your order will only be made for the bug club! you won't receive these prints and stickers anywhere else, so when its gone - its gone!

A New Insect Each Month

For the year of 2026, I will be focusing on the beautiful and the strange. A combination of insects that are bold with striking colours, and others that will turn heads!

Each month I will reveal the insect that was illustrated, for example January is the African Death-head Hawkmoth. Every other month is given a symbol to hint towards what order of insect will be discussed and possible theme.

This gives club members the opportunity to have an idea of what insect is to come and if they want to sign up when a specific insect of their choosing is approaching.

Print Club FAQ

All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations after payment.

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 3-5 business days within Canada (excluding weekends).

The print club is mailed with stamps so your membership can be affordable! So, unfortunately, there is no tracking on print club orders.

Everything is created in British Columbia Canada! the print and stickers are made at Sonic Bark Vinyl Co. located in Chilliwack, and I print the fact sheets myself. Packaging is supplied by Crystal Clear Bags Canada or from ULINE.

If your order never arrived or is damaged please contact me at ayshasartwork@gmail.com with your name, order number, and if damaged take photos of the order. At times mail can be lost and I want to do everything to assist. Regarding missing mail, please give at least 10-15 days after shipment before emailing and I can either

1.) package the previous months prints and stickers with the current month shipment.

2.) Send a digital file to print and access the files yourself.
